Talk by Swedish Coach Hakan Carlsson

We were lucky to have a talk by Hakan Carlsson, the Head Coach of the Swedish Orienteering Team who was visiting Christchurch.  The talk covered the training progressions that are used in Sweden to take people from beginners to world class.
