Primary school camp. Dec 15th-17th

The Primary school camp will run from the afternoon of Friday 15th December - Sunday 17th December.
This camp is for primary-school aged students (school years 5-8).
Camp will be based at  Spencer Beach Top 10 Holiday Park.

The cost is $150 for the whole camp or $40/day, payable at registration by bank transfer to the PAPO account (details on the registration form).

Even if you previously sent an email about your child attending the camp, please could you complete this form. Just so we have all the information all in one place.  
If you have multiple children attending, please fill out this for for each.

Registrations will close on Monday 4th December.

Parent helpers

We have also set up a form for parent helpers: we need a significant number of parent helpers (1 for every 5 children) to make the camp run smoothly and keep costs down - if you are able to help in any way, for all or part of the camp, please let us know here: https://bit.ly/youthOcamp23-adultreg

For each child registered, we are asking for a nominated adult who will be at the camp and will take responsibility for them. The form can be amended at a later date, so feel free to leave this blank for the moment, and you can add the name of an adult later, if you don't yet know of adults attending.
