Waitangi weekend 2023 day 3. Sprint Relay (and public individual sprint)  

The final race of the weekend is a Sprint Relay. Teams of 4 will compete with forked head to head racing
The Elite relay will have mixed regional teams of 2 male/2 female in W-M-M-W leg order.
Mass start at 11am

There will also a public relay, (depending on team numbers the Elite relay may be run separately from the public relay).

For those needing an easier course or not wanting to run in the relay, there is a public individual sprint with starts from 10am (before the sprint relay).
