This is a 'Sprint' event which is run over shorter distances with target winning times of 15 minutes at all levels.
Through the Domain and around the school buildings, get the map orientated and move quick!
Start times: will be allocated from 12.30pm to approximately 2.30pm, depending on the number of entries.
A club event follows the school competition, open to all, enter on the day.
Entries close: 12 Noon Saturday 8th September 2018
Location: South Brighton
Terrain: Urban sprint with sections of rough-open land with scattered trees and some paths.
Level: All levels
Courses: Courses for all difficulty levels: yellow courses, orange, and red-level sprint.
What you need: Sense of sportsmanship and fun. Clothing according to the weather conditions, footwear suitable for activity, a compass if you have one.
How it works: Competition is based on the quickest person’s or Team’s (pairs) time recorded by sport ident (available for free hire for those who do not have their own)
Cost: Entry fees will be $12 per student per day. Late entries will incur a 50% surcharge
How to enter: There is no limit to the number of students a school may enter. If a school is not entering students, a parent may enter students directly.
