Scale:

• Red and Orange Courses contours 2.5m
• Yellow and White Courses contours 2.5m

Terrain: Mixture of sandy tracks, open pine forest, some areas of undergrowth and some detailed sand dunes.

Directions: Heading north on Marshlands Road 3km, take right turn on to Lower Styx Road 4.7km turn right onto Heyders Road. Follow orienteering signs

Parking: On Heyders Road or in the park.

Registration/Finish:
(Event Centre) 200m from Parking, East side of Spencerville Reserve. Finish is at the event centre. Public toilets available at the entrance of the park.

Start: 400m to the start from the event centre

Out of bounds safety:

Spencer park campground, some areas of logging. General forest hazards.
Map Scale:

• Courses 1-5 are 1:7500,
• Courses 6-9 are 1:5000

Club Event Details

Fast running pine forest, energy sapping sand, a maze of tracks and complex sand dunes.

Courses available Long, medium, short red, orange yellow and white (Can you run the course faster than the schoolsm competitors!)

This event follows the schools champs so:

• First start 12 noon
• Last start 1pm
• Course closure 2.30pm. 400m to start from event centre.

Public toilets available in the park.
