Directions: The event is at Tuhaitara Coastal Park, with registration at Woodend Beach Domain. To access the event, travel via SH 1 to the south end of Woodend township. Turn with care eastward on to Woodend Beach Road. The Domain is at the east end of the road. There is a 30 Km restriction as you approach the Domain and Camp Ground and a 15 Km speed restriction in the Domain car park.

Parking is in the Domain.

Registration: from 10am, in the Domain

Start Times: 10:30am-12.30pm (course closure 2.30pm)

Start: Located approx. 600m along the Tutaepatu Trail north from the Woodend Beach Domain.  Access to the Trail is on the north side of the Woodend Beach Road approx. 100m west of the domain. Competitors, in particular children and their parents, should take care in moving from the car park along the road verge  to the start of the Trail. There is a 15km speed restriction in operation in the car park area and a 30km restriction on the road. Follow the trail north to the start (approximately 10 minutes).

Finish: The finish is in the Domain. Competitors will cross the access way to the beach on the final leg to the finish of the courses. Be aware of and keep clear of other forest and beach users such as horse riders and mountain bikers.
