Event Type:
Night Nav
Planner:

Controller:

A great location for the Night Nav finale and series prize giving. A mix of terrain around with open park, forest and farmland. You may even get to enjoy the view from the top of the quarry. Don't miss the post event prize-giving, and make sure you participate in all the Night Nav events to maximize your chances of getting a prize.

Registration on the night: from 6pm with a mass start at 7pm

What it is all about:
Competitors walk, run or mountain bike through the forest collecting checkpoints, which are shown on the map handed to you just before the start. Runners and walkers can cut across the forest and through the sand-dunes whereas mountain bikers must stick to the tracks.
All competitors have an hour to collect as many checkpoints as possible before returning, often in a rush, to the finish. You can compete in teams or individual, its a great social adventure. Get some friends together and give it a go! Thanks to Bivouac/Outdoor, Pure Sports Nutrition, Studio 6, and the Lolly Shop for helping us to keep this event going!

NightNav is one hour rogaine/score event in the dark. You can compete in teams or individual. Get some friends together and grab a headtorch to give it a go!
There is a briefing at 6.45pm before the mass start at 7.00pm
